3/22/05 - A night of firsts, you can say.  The first win of the season.  The first hat-trick of the season, and a few people getting their first goals of the season.  The game started off with Sean Thompson scoring a goal, followed by Scott Stuchkus.  Then Jeff Bobish scored his first of the year.  Then Mike McGowan scores his first of the year with an amazing slap shot.  Angel Silva scored his first of the game with a nice backhander.  Then Scott took it all the way down the rink and scored for his second.  Then Ken Reichard scored his first of the year.  Then it was 7-3.  Angel scored his second of the night.  Then Scott got his third goal to complete the hat trick.  The final score being 9-4.  Great game boys. Click here for video recap. 

 

3/16/05 - Another loss, but a little closer to victory.  It started off with the EM Bears to a 2-0 start, but Angel Silva answered back with one.  They scored again.  Then Angel Silva gives it to Scott Stuchkus for the one timer goal.  Now 3-2.   They score twice more and is now 5-2.  We answer back with Matt Farrells first of the season, and Angel Silva one timer from Stuchkus.  Then a horrifying event.  Mike Kompinksi collided with an EM Bear's player and hurt his knee.  But he was strong enough to finish out the game and is fine.  Now the score was 5-4 at the end of the second.  There was no scoring for us in the 3rd, but when Ian Poor got his third penalty for tripping, he was thrown out.  Then a little while after that, Angel Silva got in an EM Bear's players face.  This and more on the video recap.  Click here

 

3/9/05 - Yet again, we fall in a terrible loss.  We are 0-3 to begin with and we need to start winning games.  We have a great team with great potential.  The game started slowly,but sureley.  We started off to a 3-0 game losing.  Angel Silva repsonded with one.  Mike McGowan then got into a King's players face.  This was just the beggining.  They scored again and then Scott Stuchkus scored to be down by two.  Then they scored again.  Angel scored again for his second.  Now it was 5 - 3 them and Ross Wayman was in a King's players face.  While in his face a Kings player tackled him from behind.  After that Ross scored his first of the season.  The game ended 8-4 them, and lets hope that this will be the end of our losing streak. 

 

2/27/05 - Not a good start:

Well we start off the season with an 0 and 2 start coming into the EM Bears game on Sunday, but theres still time left.  It's good to get a few losses in rather than later in the season when it counts the most.  Well we started the game good when Scott Stuchkus scored a nice shot, ( His second of the season ).  Then a few minutes later he was thrown out for a fight.Then later in the game Angel Silva took it up the rink for his 3rd of the season.  After that Mike Kompinski scores his first of the year.  Then the fun happens.  When Ian Poor checks one of the Bears' players into the boards, Angel Silva takes advatage of the situation by giving him a few shots in the face which then starts a bench clearing brawl.This was a 6-3 loss, and a wake up call for some.  Click here for video recap.
